ORDER PROCEDURE: TDC does not sell watch dials at any price. It is very important for you to understand that we charge you only for the DIAMOND/STONE APPLICATION to your customer’s dial.
We realize that sometimes it is not convenient for you to remove the customer’s dial and send it to us in advance. Therefore, as an additional courtesy to help you make the sale, TDC will offer to send you one of our inventory dials. The dial itself will remain property of TDC until an exact model of the dial sent to you has been received by our office no later than 10 DAYS from the date of the invoice.
In addition, please be advised that if the dial exchange received is not a flawless dial, i.e., water damaged, scratches, peeling, etc., you will be charged a $50 refinishing fee
